It's been a long while again. Yesterday I decided to get on and check how dA's been doing and I was pretty surprised at the amount in my inbox. Kinda feel loved dA

Things have been going really great, I'm in a summer creep with my business right now but that's okay. It's giving me time to work on the design aspect of my business which has been going super well. I designed a logo for a Jewelry store last night and it was well met. Nice moolah in mah pocket if I say so myself.
Anyways, new things with meeee
-People are asking for customized cards outside of my photography business; i.e. open to the public. I'm like sweeeeet. That's more money in my pocket.
-I'm cooking a lot more, and with the inclusion of organic products recently. Schweet. My body is going to feel so much better.
-Seth isn't going underway anymore as of yesterday. I get him to myself for the next month and a half until deployment starts.
-I'm going to rock this deployment. We've been doing pretty well the past three months with him barely home. We can do this.
-I've been running generally every night. I do it with two other friends in an effort to tone up our bodies and it's so much fun! We do 2 miles around 35 minutes with a stretch in between the miles. By the time we come home we feel relaxed and not muscle tired. We've all been noticing a difference as well

I'm going to start the inclusion of 2-3 lb weights here soon.
-Owen has been saying Mama, and he loves to interject when mom & dad are talking and just go "bababababababababababa" We just laugh and ask him if that's really how he feels about it. He's puzzled about "dada", kinda like "wtf. Let me get a couple things down first!" He's also standing up now, not on his own just yet (zero balance; this kid is definitely mine

) but he'll bear weight and stand for a good five + minutes. He's growing up so fast.
-He also can communicate with us! It was an amazing feeling to realize he finally got down a sign, and he did it rather early too. Most babies sign around 10-11 months and he pulled it off at 7 months

He can sign "milk" and he's starting to get down "hungry" and "daddy" but "mommy" is a bit far behind

-we're having a huge barbeque today for Seth's first Father's Day. Lots of pictures to come
